Design can and is applied to all aspects of project delivery undertaken by Kedosa. The combination of Management and Design brings to focus our approach to ensuring realisable outcomes which achieve business goals. We ensure that the scope which is designed is both practical and realistic in the immediate term, so that appropriate management will result in immediate success, but also adaptable and sustainable for its design purpose over life.
Traditional Business Analysis and System Design skills are only the start of what we offer. Our particular expertise in designing complex integrated systems has been proven by the longevity of the results. Many of our delivered implementations have remained functional well beyond their expected useful life, and continue in service delivering key business functionality with little furhter investment. Design is of little use on its own without effective realisation, and we are able to apply our experience up front to ensure that what we propose, we can deliver.
